Privacy Policy
Full Life Films collects only what we need to help you build a meaningful memorial video — no more.
What we collect
The name, dates, story, and closing message you choose to share about the person being remembered. The photos, videos, and music you or your family upload. Your email address, name, and (optionally) your phone number and relationship, so the funeral home you're working with can stay in touch about the video.
How we use it
Every file you upload is used for one purpose: to render the memorial video you asked us to make and to deliver it back to you. We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your family's photos or voices.
Who can see your project
Every finished video has its own unlisted link. It is not listed anywhere, but anyone who has the link can watch it, so share it only with people you trust. The funeral home team on the project can also access it through their workspace. Our team does not browse client memorials.
How long we keep it
We delete your data on request and when your funeral home's account ends. A minimal "memory card" (name, dates, and thumbnail) is kept while your account is active so you can find the memorial later.
If you book a demo
When you book a demo, the details you enter (your name, email address, phone number, funeral home, visit address and any notes) are kept in our booking records. Our email provider, Resend, receives your name, email address, phone number, funeral home, visit address and any notes so it can send your confirmation and cancellation emails and our own notices of each booking and cancellation, and it keeps a copy of those emails for up to 30 days. Devin Dolan keeps those notices, and any calendar entry he adds from them, in his own email and calendar. We use these details only to arrange your demo and contact you about it. We delete the booking record within 90 days of the demo date. You can ask us to delete it sooner, along with Devin’s copies, by emailing privacy@fulllifefilms.app.
Your rights
You can request a full copy of your data or delete your project entirely at any time. Contact privacy@fulllifefilms.app.
